Building on its technology partnership with IBM and Under Armour, Technip Energies announces the launch of Reju, an innovative company focused on creating new solutions at scale for the vast amount of plastic fiber in textiles that goes unrecycled and ends up as waste.

Reju addresses the fast-growing market of global rPET whose demand from the textile market is expected to grow up to 20 Mtpa by 2033, driven by industry pledges and targets on recycling, regulation and consumer awareness of the need to reduce plastic waste.

Our purpose is to unlock the infinite possibilities within finite resources.

We are currently seeking a full-time Executive Assistant for Reju to join our team based on a remote / hybrid basis in Portsmouth, NH reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer for Reju, Patrik Frisk, former CEO of Under Armour & ALDO Group.

About The Role:

The Executive Assistant provides high-level personal support to the CEO by researching, coordinating, preparing and handling administration activities to help them manage their day-to-day tasks efficiently.

Your main job responsibilities and tasks include but are not limited to the following.

* Manage and coordinate executive schedule, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.

* Prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently also ensuring executive is well prepared for meetings with necessary materials.

* Organize and serve as point of contact between executive and internal / external stakeholders by drafting, proofreading and sending correspondences.

* Perform routine administrative functions including screening phone calls, emails and other communications, prioritizing and responding as appropriate.

* Arrange and ensure seamless domestic / international travel for the executive including flights, accommodations, meals and transportation.

* Manage expense reports, travel reimbursements, coordinate meetings, setting agendas, book meeting space, make reservations, prepare meeting minutes and/or presentations.

* Assist in review and editing of communications, summaries, reports, presentations and documents for executive review.

* Maintain confidentiality at all times in regard to files, records and ensuring information is accessible and secure

* Review procedures, track project deadlines, deliverables and resources needed

* Collaborate with other departments and internal / external stakeholders to ensure task and initatives are completed on time.

* Transcribe spoken or written information and record information from meetings, operational activities or other formal proceedings.

* Handle requests and other administrative duties as needed by the executive.

About You:

We'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following requirements:

* Minimum of 10-15 years of experience providing corporate-level executive support in a highly professional work environment.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant years' of experience

* Professional phone etiquette, along with excellent active listening, reading, typing, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

* High attention to detail, organizational skills, dependability, integrity and cooperation to ensure tasks are completed according to CEO's preference.

* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and work with professionals and executives inside and outside the company.

* Ability to work in highly ambiguous environment with independence, and capacity to manage changing priorities, with proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload.

* Ability to manage administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed.

* Must be able to work overtime as required in support of flexible daily office services schedule and project schedules.

* Advance Computer skills: Microsoft Office Applications - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams; Troubleshoot system errors with IT

* Ability to lift and carry maximum weight of a standard shipping box.
