HR Solutions is partnering with Youth First to fill an Executive Assistant position in the Evansville, IN area. Youth Firsts mission is to strengthen youth and families by providing evidence-based programs that promote mental health, prevent substance abuse misuse, and maximize student success. The qualified candidate will report to the Vice President of Strategy and Operations. Responsibilities: Coordinate the VP of Strategy & Operations and the Finance Directors calendar, travel arrangements, and expense reports as requested Schedule communications, agenda packet preparation, meeting room setup including videoconferencing setup for remote attendees, organizing the provision of food and refreshments for attendees, and taking minutes for the VP of Strategy & Operations and Finance Director in the preparatory work for meetings of the Audit & Risk Committee, Finance Committee and the Information Technology Advisory Committee Videoconferencing setup for remote attendance of team member...Executive Assistant, Operations, Strategy, Finance Director, Executive, Operation, Business Services, Staffing
