Job Description:

Executive Assistant to CEO

Our client, a professional services firm in the Plymouth Meeting area, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their CEO.

This opportunity is onsite four days a week.

Responsibilities

* Be a true gatekeeper to the CEO - calendar management, correspondence on their behalf, understand priorities

* Schedule internal and external meetings across all time zones

* Act as a point of contact for executives, employees, clients and other external partners

* Complete complex administrative tasks/projects quickly and with autonomy

* Demonstrate good judgement about which situations are urgent and require quick action. Act without having to know the total picture.

* Manage complex executive expenses

* Coordinate complex travel arrangements

* Arrange private travel arrangements

* Manage the processing of invoices

* Partner with Human Resources to plan events

* Be an advocate for the Executive Assistant team

* Plan quarterly Board of Directors meetings and Shareholders meetings

Qualifications

* 7+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-level executive within professional services

* Positive and personable

* Exemplary planning, time management, and work prioritization abilities

* Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency

* A passion to learn, to contribute and to reinforce the culture throughout your interactions

* Discretion and confidentiality

* Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Zoom
