Our client, an innovative, diverse, and growing tech firm based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn is seeking a high-level Executive Assistant to act as a true right hand to their Co-Founder. In this incredibly fast-paced role you will be responsible for filtering out the noise and prioritizing the executive's time in order to continue growing the business. This is a highly visible role in which you will be communicating externally and internally on behalf of the CEO. It's an amazing opportunity for someone to gain insight and visibility to a scaling company at the ground level.

This is a true 24/7 type role 5x week onsite- they operate at warp speed, expect instant responses and do it all in a brand new state of the art office space. Work hard, play hard is an understatement and they need someone who is all in on this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all logistics/schedules/travel/calls appointments, maximizing his time
  • Sit in on meetings with him and on his behalf if needed, take notes and create follow-ups, action items, and agendas - concisely
  • Prioritize his inbox and time by weeding out things that don't require his attention and bringing those that do to the table
  • Develop relationships with both internal and external contacts on behalf of the CEO
  • Plan dinners, book reservations, order lunch, etc.
  • Coordinate travel logistics
  • Act as a true gatekeeper, keeping all contacts organized and maintained

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5+ years of EA experience in a fast-growing, early stage start-up
  • You are fully committed to the startup lifestyle, embracing the hustle and pace that comes with it
  • Tech savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Experience working in an incredibly fast-paced atmosphere with key stakeholders
  • Flexible mentality, things change on a dime - you have to keep up and pivot
  • Confident and resilient, with the ability to remain calm under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and solve problems independently.
  • Must be flexible on hours and be responsive after hours/weekends
  • Witty sense of humor and professional, charismatic demeanor
  • Very Strong written and verbal communication skills
