Executive Assistant to Co-Founders

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to directly partner with Dwight Funding's two co-founders, helping them manage competing priorities and optimize their time through meticulous organization and support. This role blends high-touch executive duties with personal assistant and office management responsibilities. It's a fantastic opportunity for someone with a Type-A personality and high-EQ, who flourishes in fast-paced environments and embraces complex challenges.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing executives' inboxes, calendars, meetings, and daily workflow
• Taking meeting notes and managing follow-up items
• Drafting and preparing business materials as needed
• Managing travel arrangements and logistics (business and personal)
• Assisting with personal tasks and errands as needed
• Managing vendor relationships and office equipment
• Supporting basic administrative and bookkeeping tasks
• Organizing team-wide events and meetings

Qualifications:

• Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
• Demonstrated track record of long-term commitment to previous positions
• Proficiency in G-Suite, Box, Slack, Salesforce, Asana or similar cloud-based project management and communication tools
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Warm, approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
• Direct and efficient communication style
• High level of discretion and trustworthiness
• Decisive decision-making capabilities
• Calm and composed under pressure

Compensation:

The starting base salary for this position will range from $90,000 - $120,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
