Job DescriptionIntroduction: CRM Experts Online, a premier CRM implementation and services provider, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Personal Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role is ideal for a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to play a pivotal role in the efficiency of our operations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support to the COO, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Act as a point of contact between the COO and internal departments/external clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the COO.
  • Manage, coordinate, and attend meetings, ensuring the COO is well-prepared for meetings, and taking minutes and action points as needed.
  • Facilitate smooth daily operations through proactive problem solving and efficient handling of administrative tasks.
  • Assist in project management for special projects at the direction of the COO, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
RequirementsRequirements:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage dynamically with staff at all levels of the organization and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with scheduling tools.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality about company operations and sensitive information.
Preferred Skills:
  • Understanding of business, meetings, and how best to document a process and meeting minutes
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
