The ideal EA will provide top-level assistance for two senior level executives within the real estate division of one of the world's leading investment firms.
They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling complex meetings and global travel responding to emails on the executive's behalf.
Onsite 5 days/week in Midtown East NYC
Hours: 8:30am-5:30/6pm with flexibility if needed
Salary range: $130-150k base + discretionary bonus + top benefits package
Responsibilities
- Complex scheduling and calendar management for 2 senior level executives
- Coordinate global travel and prepare expense reports using Concur
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Act as a gatekeeper
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of EA experience within private equity or asset management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
