Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Executive TeamDepartment/Location: FinancePosition Type: Full-Time, 12-month Summary Principia is looking for a detail-oriented, organized Executive Assistant to provide confidential administrative support to key members of Principia's executive team, including Principia's Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer (COO/CFO), Chief Advancement, Marketing and Communications Officer (CAMCO), and our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Reporting directly to the COO/CO, you will facilitate and support the successful operations of the Executive Team with your proactive problem-solving and organizational skills. - Coordinates calendars of executives, identifying key activities, scheduling, and prompting for key deadlines and actions; notes activities that will inform the team and help maintain an appropriate, manageable level of involvement with the community
- Acts as welcoming presence to the executive offices, responding to requests for information and answering general questions on a wide variety of topics
- Manages day-to-day office operations, including equipment maintenance and office supply inventory
- Coordinates and monitors the budgets for key members of the executive team, reconciling monthly credit card receipts and other relevant tasks
- Develops project materials, mailings, and travel itineraries
- Accepts and completes special projects with minimum oversight or supervision
- Composes, proofreads, and edits emails, memos, and other correspondence using word processing and spreadsheets
- Schedules appointments, generates reports, and communicates information as appropriate
- Examines documents and forms for accuracy and completeness
- Identifies issues that require confidentiality and assures that issues that require privacy and confidentiality are appropriately handled
- Copies materials and generates reports and summary documents as needed
- Works with the Chief Executive's assistant and others to coordinate the communication of relevant issues between the School and College campuses
- Assists Board Professional / Legal Assistant and Executive Assistant to CE in preparing for and following up from Trustee meetings

Minimum Qualifications
- Student of Christian Science
- Supportive of Principia's mission, vision, and values as articulated here
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience, including at least three years in an executive support role
- Word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and database skills using Microsoft Office and tracking systems
