My client, a New York-based family office, investing in businesses and managers across a wide range of asset classes and geographies, is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to directly support the firms President.
This is a NYC based role with 5 days on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executives calendar, scheduling internal and external meetings and phone calls, potential personal appointments, etc.
- Coordinate business and personal travel arrangements including flight schedules, car bookings, and hotel reservations.
- Manage all note taking and digital transcribing.
- Manage phone calls, providing appropriate screening and taking messages as needed.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required
- At least 5-10 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Ability to work in a dynamic and professional environment
- Strong attention to detail when taking notes, communicating with various contacts, and all other tasks
- Capable of adjusting in various environments while exhibiting resilience and pivoting quickly between tasks
- Strong work ethic and can do attitude: motivated, flexible, and able to maintain composure at all times
- Comfortable and experienced liaising with internal and external contacts at a variety of levels
- Superior experience and competency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; strong comfort level learning to use various other internal software tools
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
