Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef at Seville Golf & Country Club. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining high culinary standards. They will also lead the kitchen team, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Culinary expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management
• Experience in leading a culinary team and maintaining high culinary standards
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Certification from a culinary school or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef is a plus
