The Huntōn Restaurant Welcomes Acclaimed Executive Chef
Leesburg, VA – The Huntōn Restaurant, the highly anticipated dining destination in Downtown Leesburg, is thrilled to announce the appointment of their opening Executive Chef. A visionary leader and culinary tactician, Chef brings a wealth of experience, a deep connection to ingredients, and an unwavering commitment to hospitality that aligns perfectly with The Huntōn's mission and core values.
Set to open late summer of 2025, The Huntōn Restaurant is poised to add unique addition to the dining experience in the region with a focus on premium, seasonally sourced ingredients, wild game, and live-fire cooking. Chef will lead this effort, crafting menus that celebrate authenticity, innovation, and the freshest, finest flavors.
About Chef Chef comes to The Huntōn with 10 years of experience working as a rising star in some of the country's most renowned, Michelin-rated, and James Beard Award-nominated kitchens. for their mastery of seasonal ingredients and a profound respect for regional culinary traditions, Chef is a storyteller who transforms ingredients into unforgettable dining experiences.

There are very high expectations for the Huntōn and Chef is going to be a key piece in ensuring those expectations are exceeded daily.
About The Huntōn and The Burg Hotel
The Huntōn will have 70 seats in the main dining room as well as a 40 seat patio on the ground floor. The kitchen will have combo ovens, a hot line and a wood fired grill. There will also be a dry aging cabinet.
The chef and kitchen will also be in charge of any and all F&B for the hotel. Including the lobby bar, private speakeasy and rooftop.
HOTEL BURG
The Huntōn will reside in Hotel Burg, a boutique hotel under construction in the charming and historic downtown Leesburg. Along with The Huntōn, a private club, lobby, and rooftop bar, Hotel Burg will feature 39 rooms and seven suites, promising to bring tasteful and approachable luxury to Leesburg while staying true to the character and roots of the town.
