We are looking for a talented Executive Chef for this fantastic employer to run one of their prestigious sites, a fast moving volume, high profile fine dining restaurant that produces Michelin quality food. The restaurant focuses on Modern European cuisine with a strong pinch of French flair, light dishes with bold flavours, sustainable produce, ethically sourced and beautifully prepared. • We are looking for a classically French Michelin trained Chef (A MUST)
• Someone who can deal with volume and has experience of leading a brigade of 30+ chefs
• Someone based in the USA as we don't have time for a Visa application, this is a priority hire
• A leader, someone who leads by example, inspires and loves French/Mediterranean food
• Someone who loves what they do, is passionate about being behind the stove and on the Pass.
• Creative menu writer, inspirational dish creator and someone who won't mind cooking a classic dish for VIP guests from time to time
• Ambitious driven individual, someone who won't rest until they help build one of the best restaurants on the planet.
• Wiling to relocate
