JF Restaurants is looking for a dynamic Executive Chef with an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to systems-based growth to run multiple food & beverage outlets within the Wall Street Hotel in downtown Manhattan. This role requires strong creative and operational leadership.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operational needs of all food & beverage outlets in the hotel, while guiding a team of culinary leaders in creative process. Experience in fine dining, high volume, seasonal menu planning, and ownership of operational systems and finances are paramount.
