DescriptionUnder the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, plan, supervise and coordinate a variety of projects. Perform varied and executive administrative duties; coordinate and organize clerical and administrative tasks, and coordinate flow of communication. Perform highly responsible and confidential administrative duties to relieve the CEO of administrative details; plan and coordinate flow of communications and information from vendors and contacts; provide full-service office support.Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business or related field and five years of professional experience related to project management and executive administrative functions. In lieu of formal degree, ten years of professional experience serves as an equivalency.
- Highly organized with the ability to anticipate CEO needs.
- Be decisive and work well under pressure, particularly when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays
- Coordinate several major activities at once, while analyzing and resolving specific problems
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of classified/sensitive information.
- Communicate clearly, concisely, and tactfully, orally and in writing
- Must be able to establish and maintain productive working relationships with co-workers and management and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge and expertise of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.), internet software relevant to project management and administrative work.
- A record of satisfactory performance in all prior and current employment as evidenced by positive employment references from previous and current employers.
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
