Job Title: Executive Corporate Nanny I (Full-Time)
Position Overview:Join our elite team of professional caregivers at AMP Placement as an
Executive Corporate Sitter I! This is a
full-time role, requiring 32-40 hours per week, with starting pay at
$18/hour plus bonuses. Ideal candidates are flexible, energetic, and love working with children ranging from infants to school-aged.Our caregivers provide
in-home backup childcare for families and short-term childcare at partner schools and daycares as well as event care and transportation across the
DC, MD, and VA areas. This is a travel-intensive role requiring caregivers to visit multiple locations daily.
Schedule:- Weekdays: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
- Weekends: Occasional weekend availability required to make up hours if necessary.
Salary:- Starting at $18/hour with potential for bonuses.
- Guaranteed 32 hours/week with opportunities for additional hours.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional care to children aged 6 months to 9 years in various settings (family homes, private facilities, schools).
- Implement engaging, age-appropriate activities to encourage child development.
- Maintain flexibility to travel up to 1 hour each way for assignments.
- Uphold AMP's standards of professionalism and excellence in childcare.
Requirements:- Experience: 1-3 years of professional childcare experience (nanny, babysitter, teacher, daycare worker, pediatric nurse, etc.).
- Skills: Infant through school-age experience; ability to manage up to 3 children per session.
- Age: Minimum of 18 years old.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license, insured personal vehicle, and an active Uber or Lyft account for emergencies.
- Certification: CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification).
- Flexibility: Must be willing to travel at least 45 minutes to 1 hour one way.
- References: 1-2 glowing references or letters of recommendation.
- Pet-Friendly: Comfortable working in homes with cats and dogs.
- Clean criminal record and US work authorization required.
