Novaris Search are working with a growth minded Behavioral Healthcare provider that specialises in SUD & MH services in the community. They are actively seeking an Operations Leader to join the company and support the team, whilst ensuring good compliance and aid in the opening of new clinics.

Our client is one of the leading providers in the Behavioral Healthcare sector, with a significant presence on the East Coast. In recent years, they have experienced substantial growth and success by successfully entering new territories and have plans for further expansion.

Role:

• Oversee 3 clinics in NC and VA
• Promote and encourage company culture.
• Continue to expand services and grow revenue.
• Actively participate in community relations activities.
• Accomplish budgeted census goals set for assigned clinics
• Negotiate contracts
• Hold fiscal responsibility over clinics

Candidate:

• 6yrs+ experience in MH & SUD and direct management
• Masters degree preferred with clinical license
• Well seasoned operations and clinical leader
• Open to 40% travel
• Independent individual
