As executive lead of data management and analytics you will be responsible for the design, oversight and management of cross-fucntional, data related solutions. This tem is resonsible for developing data assets for the bank as well as the operational frameworks. Reporting directly into the CDO, this role with be tasked with data governance technology enhancement, data design and integration services in addition to data strategy for the bank.
Qualifications:
- Expert knowledge of enterprise data warehouse, data governance, data architecture and integration and latest data storage technologies.
- Prior experience with system implementations, integration, programming, conversion and testing
- Proven experience with data warehouse and business intelligence tools including Oracle DBMS, IBM Infosphere, IBM Information Governance Center, scripting languages, Data Modelling tools (ERWIN)
- Detail oriented with excellent problem solving abilities and ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment
- Proven track record of mentoring and management of sizeable teams & ability to delegate, influence and manage expectations as well as team performance.
Requirements:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to design and develop data related solutons across the enterprise.
- Serve as data SME and thiught leadership around the enterprise data warehousing, data architecture and integration.
- Maintains effective relationships with vendors and suppliers; address remeditations and lead ongoing communication with stakeholders.
- Partners with CDO/CDA to create, plan and executes the strategic Data Roadmap for the Bank.
- Ensures team member activities are compliant while providing guidance to more junior employees.
- Provides managerial direction and oversight to a multi disciplinary team.
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations including day to day operation of the Centralized Data Warehouse
