Job Description:
Position Summary: This position will be responsible for the operations and performance of the assigned region including direct oversight of directors. This position has input into the integration of financial, clinical, quality, compliance and human resource related organizational systems and ensures the smooth operation, success and coordination of services in assigned region. Northwest covers: Kosciusko, Marshall, Region 2 (Elkhart, St Joesph, Starke) Duties/Responsibilities: •Coach and develop the team to ensure they are delivering key business metrics. •Develop and ensure success of Federally Qualified Health Clinics (FQHC). •Work collaboratively to develop and/or improve systems, processes, controls and procedures that improve the overall efficiency of the Organization and insure excellent patient experience. •Problem solve, create and deploy solutions that meet community needs and fiscal goals. •Collect and respond to community needs through program development and program modification. •Help shape and share state and federal changes to programming and reimbursement. •Ensure an environment of continuous survey readiness in all assigned locations. •Duties otherwise assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: •Demonstrates commitment to and practices in line with Bowen Health's core values which are: respect, integrity, mission and stewardship. •Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development •Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics •Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc. •Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities •Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills •Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving Required Qualifications: •Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree in Business or related field preferred. Minimum of eight (8) years leadership experience required; Executive experience preferred. •Certificate or Professional License: None Required. •Valid driver's license and active liability insurance. •Satisfactory results from criminal and driving record background checks •Must be a minimum 25 years of age.
