We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Executive Director - Institute for Excellence in Health Equity. In this role, the successful candidate will have overall administrative and financial responsibility for the Institute in collaboration with the Institute Director and leadership. Participates as a member of the IEHE executive committee and in doing so will help to manage the strategy and operations for mission execution, faculty recruitment, staff development, and program management /expansion. Supervises and develops staff and all aspects of the institute programs, including training programs. In conjunction with the Institute Director, establishes short- and long-term goals that integrates with the goals of the overall institution. Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure compliance with NYULH policies and accrediting bodies in all areas of responsibility.
