The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, collaborative, and skilled nonprofit leader with a passion for the mission of helping and healing survivors, ending the cycle of violence, and promoting social justice. Responsibilities include leading the strategic vision, ensuring the organization's financial objectives are met, and overseeing program development and administration. The Executive Director will also be responsible for maintaining strong community partnerships, fostering a healthy organizational culture, and managing a diverse staff team. Experience in the field of domestic and sexual violence, as well as a background in nonprofit organizational management, is essential.The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of nonprofit finances, complex budgets, and multiple funding streams, with the ability to strategically align and maximize resources.
