Job SummaryThe Executive Director is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of the organization. This position requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in business development, process improvement, and project management. The Executive Director will work closely with the board of directors and senior leadership to ensure the organization meets its goals and objectives while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for senior leadership team members.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
