The Winifred Crawford Dibert Boys & Girls Club of Jamestown is seeking a highly motivatedindividual for the position of Executive Director.

Requirements Include:* Bachelor's degree (experience may substitute for the bachelor's degree)* Experience working with children on a day-to-day basis* Management skills, including directing an excellent and experienced staff of full-time employees, part-time employees, and volunteers* Experience in financial, personnel, and building management* A history of success in working with economically disadvantaged youth, including motivational family support skills.

Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 (commensurate with experience)
