What You Will Do: As the Executive Director, your role will evolve through two key phases: Phase 1: Ground-Up Development
- Lead Leasing Efforts: Actively drive the lease-up process by engaging and building relationships with potential residents and their families, conducting tours, doing home visits and supporting the sales team in achieving occupancy goals.
- Build Community Relationships: Establish strong connections within the local community to create a network of referral partners and community supporters.
- Hire and Develop a Team: Recruit, hire, and train a dedicated team of professionals who share your passion for creating a luxurious and vibrant community.
- Set the Foundation: Work closely with the construction and development teams to ensure the community is set-up for long-term success.
Phase 2: Operational Leadership
- Operational Excellence: Once the community is established, take full responsibility for day-to-day operations, including P&L management and compliance with all regulations.
- Resident and Team Satisfaction: Focus on creating a safe and enriching environment for residents, families, and team members, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategies for occupancy growth, revenue generation, and cost management, while maintaining the quality of services.
- Collaborative Leadership: Partner with department heads to ensure every aspect of the community-from health and wellness to dining and activities-meets and exceeds expectations.
- Sales and Marketing Support: Continue to actively support the sales and marketing efforts by participating in tours, outreach, and relationship-building with referral partners.
- Community Engagement: Remain active in local community activities and events, maintaining the strong network established during the development phase.

What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, hospitality or a related field.
- Required to obtain certification for Residential Care Facilities based on state regulations within the first 90-days of employment. If you are not currently certified the company will support you to obtain this certification.
- 3-5 years of successful operations management experience, particularly in achieving financial and sales goals.
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality or senior living, with a deep understanding of creating a premium experience for residents and their families.
- A strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and consistently exceeding high expectations.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
- A solid understanding of facilities management, with the ability to ensure that the community is maintained to the highest standards.
- The ability to obtain the necessary licensing or certification as an administrator for assisted living within the required timeframe.
- A clean driving record per the company's motor vehicle policy.
