We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Executive Director to lead our Assisted Living and Memory Care community in North Palm Beach County. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior living management, with a commitment to providing exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Oversee all operations of the assisted living and memory care facility, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining the highest standards of care and service.
- Resident Care & Satisfaction: Ensure residents' individual needs are met while fostering a supportive and enriching community atmosphere.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a dedicated team of healthcare professionals and support staff, providing training, guidance, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Financial Management: Manage the facility's budget, including staffing, expenses, and revenue generation, ensuring financial goals are met while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the facility adheres to all state and federal regulations specific to assisted living and memory care.
- Family & Community Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents' families and local community partners, representing the facility with professionalism and care.
- Program Development: Implement and manage programs that address the unique cognitive, social, and emotional needs of memory care residents while enhancing the overall community experience.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth operations in admissions, resident assessments, and care plans, focusing on service excellence and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of senior living management experience, specifically in assisted living and/or memory care.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and manage day-to-day operations in a senior care setting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field. Master's degree or certification in senior living management is preferred.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of state and federal regulations governing assisted living and memory care.
- Financial Acumen: Expertise in managing budgets, financial planning, and operational costs in senior living.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with residents, families, staff, and community partners.
- Compassionate Leadership: A passion for delivering high-quality care and improving the lives of seniors and individuals with memory conditions.
Compensation:

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
