Responsibilities:The Executive Director + LNHA will be responsible for:
- Spearheading Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives
- Establishing robust communication systems to support staff satisfaction
- Developing and managing fiscally responsible budgets
- Driving recruitment, retention, and staff development initiatives
- Ensuring adherence to professional and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7-10 years in healthcare administration
- Education: Master's degree preferred, with focus on MBA/MHA or MS in Hospital Administration
- Licenses/Certifications: NYS Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
