The Tacoma/Pierce County chapter of the American Leadership Forum is excited to twlcome out next Executive Director to help steward the mission and values of ALF! The ALF Board of Directors, with the guidance of Senior Fellows, is seeking an engaging and innovative leader. Our next leader will be someone who can navigate the ever-changing financial landscape to sustain the health of the organization, welcome a new cohort of community leaders, and engage and activate senior fellows to strengthen relationships across Classes. The Board looks forward to supporting the next Executive Director and partnering to meet organizational goals through this leadership transition.
American Leadership Forum of Tacoma/Pierce County
ALF Tacoma/Pierce County is one of eight chapers in a national network committed to joining and strengthening diverse leaders to serve the common good. We do this trhough a year-long Fellows Program in which leaders can engage in dialogue, differ and build relationships. ALF strengthens Fellows' capacity to address public issues collaboratively and builds a strong leadership network for positive change in communities where we live and serve.
Position Overview
ALF Tacoma/Pierce County has a $400,000 budget, two employees and a Senior Fellow network of 600+ people who have completed one of the 30 annual leadership classes. The Executive Director plans, directs and leads the organization's financial development, Fellows Program, and Senior Fellows network to achieve strategic goals, targets, and standards for performance, quality and culture. The Executive Director must be a highly cojpetent, hands-on administrator who can demonstrate:
