We are looking to hire an Executive Director to lead Serenity Assisted Living in East Peoria. As Executive Director, you will use your business skills combined with your compassionate talents to serve the Independent, Assisted, and Memory Care residents and a dedicated team of professionals.Our leaders appreciate entrepreneurial challenges, have the ability to continually adjust to change, and have a desire to manage the community's perception and opinion of the residence. It will also be very rewarding by allowing the Executive Director to work in the community where they live and to have an impact on seniors and their families.As a leader at Randall Residence, Relationships are key, whether it be delighting the residents, families, employees, or other stakeholders. Each day will have different challenges and emotional rewards.The primary purpose of this position is to develop, coordinate, direct, and lead a dynamic team of individuals to create Remarkable experiences for seniors, families, and our staff.
