The Bridge Ministries is a faith-based nonprofit located in Bryan, Texas. Our mission is to build relationships within the community by providing food, sharing the hope in Christ, and recognizing the inherent value of every person.Job Summary:The Executive Director provides leadership for all aspects of the organization's operations with an emphasis on long-term goals, growth, and financial stability.Duties/Responsibilities:Manages and directs the organization toward its primary goals and objectives.Responsible for all aspects of fundraising for the organization.Oversees employment decisions and staff development in the organization.Works with the board of directors to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals, and related plans and policies.Presents regular reports on the status of the organization's operations to the board of directors.Oversees the organization's financial structure, ensuring adequate and sound funding for the mission and goals of the organization.Reviews the financial results of all operations, comparing them with the organization's objectives and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance.Ensures the organization's compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.Serves as the company's representative to the board of directors, employees, clients, the government, and the public.Performs other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization and as directed by the board of directors.Required Skills/Abilities:Excellent managerial and financial skills and the ability to take leadership over all operational areas.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Nonprofit fundraising experience.Education and Experience:Extensive professional experience in leadership roles.College degree.Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:Paid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayApplication Question:Do you have fundraising experience for a non-profit organization?Ability to Relocate:Bryan, TX 77801: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
