AtStellar Senior Living, we seek two Executive Directors to lead two of our Skilled Nursing communities in the Grand Junction area. We need someone who thrives on challenges and is committed to exceeding expectations. Your ability to rapidly achieve full occupancy and build a cohesive and dynamic team will be key to your success.

Key Qualifications:

• Leadership Excellence: You lead by example, motivating high-performing teams to achieve their best.
• Operational Mastery: Your expertise spans all aspects of Skilled Senior living management, from operations and healthcare to customer service and fiscal responsibility.
• Strong Relationship Builder: You build lasting relationships with residents, families, and the greater community.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Licensed Skilled Administrator required

• Promote a Positive Culture: Foster a community environment that reflects our values of care, compassion, and excellence.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with leadership and the greater senior living industry to stay ahead of trends and ensure ongoing success.
