Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our Girls Campus in Cleburne. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire campus operation, ensuring financial success, operational efficiency, and clinical excellence. The Executive Director will lead, manage, and hold accountable all staff with emphasis focused on the Clinical Director, Operations Director, and Director of Nursing to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement campus strategies to achieve financial, clinical, and operational goals.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration among clinical, operational, and nursing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Drive innovation to improve efficiency and client outcomes, staying ahead of industry trends.

Operational Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day campus operations, ensuring alignment with Clearfork Academys mission and values.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Joint Commission and HHSC standards.
  • Monitor and optimize campus resources, including staffing, supplies, and facilities.

Financial Accountability:

  • Manage campus profit and loss (P&L), ensuring financial health and achieving EBITDA targets.
  • Regularly review financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable the Clinical Director, Operations Director, and Director of Nursing.
  • Provide coaching and professional development to ensure departmental leaders perform at the highest level.
  • Promote employee engagement and retention by fostering a supportive, growth-oriented workplace.
  • Work closely with the CEO to promote mission and vision of the company.

Client and Family Experience:

  • Uphold high standards of client satisfaction, ensuring Clearfork Academy provides a transformative experience for adolescents and their families.
  • Resolve escalated client or family concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achieve $6.5 million in annual revenue and maintain a 25% EBITDA margin.
  • Ensure 90% compliance with Joint Commission and HHSC audits.
  • Maintain client satisfaction scores of 80% or higher.
  • Achieve and maintain 95% staff completion of mandatory training.
  • Reduce employee turnover to less than 15% annually.
  • Ensure 85% or more of clients meet the program's defined clinical benchmarks.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with full P&L responsibility, preferably in the healthcare or behavioral health industry.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred; licensure as an LPC, RN, or LMFT with relevant experience is also acceptable.
  • Proven track record of P&L success and driving operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, including Joint Commission and HHSC standards.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience in adolescent behavioral health or related industries.
