The company is on the lookout for a dynamic Executive Director of Digital Operations to spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge digital tools and systems. You will enhance organizational processes and drive efficiencies while minimizing errors. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a robust digital operations strategy that aligns with our business goals.
In this role, you will oversee digital booking operations, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for process improvement to elevate user experience and conversion rates. Collaboration with technical teams, analyzing KPIs, and utilizing data analytics for continuous optimization will be key components of your position.
A core aspect of this role is to build and lead a high-performing global operations team dedicated to customer satisfaction. We seek candidates with a minimum of 10 years' experience in digital operations, including at least 7 years in a leadership capacity, ideally in the travel or e-commerce sector.
An educational background with a Bachelor's degree is required, while a Master's degree or MBA is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical knowledge of digital booking platforms, data analytics, and process automation. Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and analytical skills are essential.
