Executive Director of Enrollment Management TechnologyJob no: 492553 Work type: Full-Time Location: Administration - Orangeburg, SC Categories: StaffThe University seeks an Executive Director of Enrollment Management Technology to lead the Enrollment Management Division in creating comprehensive workflows and enrollment management technological operations to improve efficiencies and effectiveness in order to recruit and retain students.This position is an integral member of the enrollment management leadership team and reports to the Vice President for Enrollment Management & Transformation Officer. The Executive Director of Enrollment Management Technology will be a leader within the Division, responsible for a comprehensive workflow and enrollment management operation, across all units associated with the enrollment process, with a commitment to superior internal and external communications and ongoing efficiencies and effectiveness, applying a high degree of organization and attention to detail. The Executive Director of Enrollment Management Technology will develop processes and training manuals, and manage enrollment data, communications flows, and operations through SLATE, the university's customer relationship management (CRM) tool, and BANNER. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who can design technology-supported solutions to implement admissions, recruitment, and financial aid strategies, develop/revise related policies and procedures, and contribute significantly to the strategic planning and implementation of new projects and initiatives.
