This job was posted by : For more information, please see: Information Technology Services (ITS) department at Hutchinson Community College (HutchCC) is responsible for using information technology to enhance process, increase capacity/access, create efficiency, and execute strategic initiatives of the college. The Executive Director of ITS is responsible for directing the work and managing the staff of the IT Department and is expected to lead the department in the development and implementation of information technology at HutchCC. The Executive Director also leads the ITS department in the mission, vision and core values of HutchCC.RESPONSIBILITIES:EssentialLead the personnel, operations and direction of the ITS department.Establish priorities for the ITS department.Manage IT projects, budgeting, and planning.Establish ITS policy, procedures and standards.Facilitate communication between ITS and other college departments.Manage ITS team leads and the Director of IT.Manage ITS digital media operations and personnel.Direct ITS project manager and project resources.Establish, maintain, and measure goals, objectives, and outcomes for ITS.Facilitate ITS staff training and development.Participate on ITS and HutchCC teams, committees, and task forces.Arrive on time for work, attend work regularly, and successfully complete the responsibilities of the position.Comply with HutchCC policies, procedures, and practices.SecondaryPerform other responsibilities as assigned by the Vice President of Finance and Operations.
