Our team members have what they need to make a meaningful impact and are truly valued for who they are and what they contribute.To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.comWhat You'll Be DoingBeing part of a dynamic team, the Executive Director will enjoy a great deal of responsibility and autonomy in their role and will need to feel confident leading and taking ownership of renewable transactions across the project finance space as well as lead/mentor juniors, and over time assist in the origination of renewable deals. This person will be accountable for leading the full life cycle of transactions.Who You Are8-10 + years of experience across originating and executing renewable project finance dealsDeep understanding of the renewable finance market and industry dynamicsProven track record of successfully sourcing, structuring, and closing complex transactions within renewable financeStrong financial modeling, analytical, and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levelsCollaborative mindset and motivated individualAbility to lead a deal team and mentor junior employeesBachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related fieldAt CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary of $250,000 for the New York, NY market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
