Compensation: $137,321.60 - $148,491.20 annually (Pay Band 16: $137K to $201K based on experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Executive Director with strong clinical expertise and leadership skills to join our team. This role requires a strategic leader capable of analyzing data, driving infection control initiatives, and ensuring departmental and hospital-wide operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain effective infection control programs to achieve low infection rates.
- Assess and address departmental and organizational needs through data analysis and strategic planning.
- Provide leadership, ensuring smooth operations and clinical excellence within the hospital setting.
- Respond to crises promptly while providing ongoing support to staff and leadership teams.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related clinical healthcare field (Master's Degree preferred). Education equivalency may be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in infection control, data-driven decision-making, and strategic planning.
