Job Description:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (On-call availability required)

Compensation: $137,321.60 - $148,491.20 annually (Pay Band 16: $137K to $201K based on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Executive Director with strong clinical expertise and leadership skills to join our team. This role requires a strategic leader capable of analyzing data, driving infection control initiatives, and ensuring departmental and hospital-wide operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and maintain effective infection control programs to achieve low infection rates.
  • Assess and address departmental and organizational needs through data analysis and strategic planning.
  • Provide leadership, ensuring smooth operations and clinical excellence within the hospital setting.
  • Respond to crises promptly while providing ongoing support to staff and leadership teams.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related clinical healthcare field (Master's Degree preferred). Education equivalency may be considered.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in infection control, data-driven decision-making, and strategic planning.
