Vanderbilt Health is seeking a strategic and collaborative Executive Director of Total Rewards to lead our Compensation and Benefits teams. The Executive Director of Total Rewards will lead the strategies, processes, and programs that support our commitment to recruit, retain, and motivate top talent. Reporting to the CHRO, the successful candidate will use a proactive and data-driven approach to ensure that our rewards help achieve desired business results, are aligned with our culture, and are valued by our workforce. The Executive Director of Total Rewards must be a strategic leader and a hands-on contributor with deep experience overseeing compensation and benefits and the employee experience delivered via the HR systems that support these programs..
