Responsibilities Analytics Leadership - Significant influence and active participation in the creation and execution of the organization's analytics strategy with a specific focus on translating strategic goals into operational execution - Lead the analytics team operations; fostering a culture of innovation and continual improvement with a focus on building cross-coverage and sustainability; foster a strong virtual-first culture - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key data-driven opportunities and challengesData Management and Governance - Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of delivery of VBC data across the organization - Partner with IT and data teams to optimize data infrastructure and tools - Partner with IT to evaluate, implement and integrate new VBC technologiesReporting and Performance Measurement - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor and communicate clinical, financial, and operational performance - Develop and maintain dashboards establishing benchmarks and targets for value-based care initiatives - Balance the competing needs of one-time ad hoc analysis and development of robust interactive dashboardsPredictive Analysis and Modeling - Participate in Duly advanced analytics governance and evaluation processes including the development and adherence to standards within the VBC Analytics team - Utilize statistical methodologies to analyze trends, patterns, and variations in healthcare data - Provide recommendations for strategic interventions based on data insightsHealthcare Economics - Partner with Finance in support of monthly close, budget, and forecasting cycles with specific focus on healthcare economics, IBNR, integrating results into financials - Partner with Payor Contracting and health plans to interpret, analyze, and ingest payor data in support of VBC initiatives - Translate complex data findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholdersTechnology - Continual interaction with IT leaders for analytics request intake and prioritization, project scoping, requirements definition, issue resolution, quality assurance testing, and users support - Partner with IT to evaluate, enhance and implement the use of new and innovative technologies to support VBC practiceCollaboration and Communication - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including clinical, operational, and executive teams, to deliver analytics that meet commitments and realize intended value - Facilitate training and education on data and analytics across the organization Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA or master's degree preferred in Technology, Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or related
- 10+ years of experience with at least five years managerial experience
- Deep understanding/proven experience in healthcare analytics and reporting, preferably in value-based care
- Proven ability to leverage data to enhance clinical and financial outcomes
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to drive projects to successful completion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and inspire others
- Knowledge of value based care principles, healthcare operations, regulatory requirements
