Job DescriptionPrime Response Inc. (PRI) is seeking part-time and full-time Executive Drivers for long-term Federal contracts located in the National Capital Region (NCR).
Duties include but are not limited to:- Providing transportation services locally for Agency Director, Deputy Director, and other Executives using government-provided vehicles. Government provided vehicles include Minivans, SUVs, and/or sedans.
- Perform small packages and courier deliveries between government buildings.
- Perform pre-trip vehicle safety inspections.
- Keep vehicles clean and maintained.
- Perform thorough sanitization cleaning between all rides.
- Take vehicles for authorized maintenance and complete associated maintenance paperwork.
- Plan the driving route to minimize travel times and traffic disruptions, and be able to provide guidance on departure times to ensure executives arrive to appointments on time.
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and exercise discretion as required.
- Harmoniously work with other employees and customers.
- Work independently and adhere to established policies and guidelines.
- Perform additional tasks to assist team, including office mail delivery and copy services.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of executive driving experience preferred.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must be capable of passing a background check and drug test to receive a government badge
- Experience with Government contracts is preferred.
- Must have traffic and driving knowledge of the NCR.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy luggage and material (up to 50 lbs.).
