- Plan, coordinate, and prepare various documents, presentations, meetings, conference calls, videoconferences and other events.
- Independently screen and respond to incoming calls and e-mails promptly and professionally.
- Serve as a liaison between various departments and organizational levels, managing sensitive, complex, and highly confidential information with discretion.
- Leverage exception Outlook calendar management skills.
- Provide support for expense report preparation and submission.
- Develop travel plans and assist with on/offboarding process of employees.
- Manage suppliers and handle purchase orders by collaborating with external vendors and accounting firms.
- Ensure timely payment processing and maintain accurate records in accordance with company quality system.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in an executive assistant role supporting multiple leaders
- Technical proficiency in MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel) with the ability/desire to learn additional software tools as needed.
- Bachelor's degree desired.
- Must be tech-savvy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify and resolve problems within a timely manner.
- Prioritization of multiple projects with job responsibilities with competing deadlines.
