Executive/Personal Assistant
TemPositions is pleased to partner with a respected psychiatrist, psychotherapist, public health advocate, and policy professional in San Francisco's Inner Sunset/UCSF area. We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Executive/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support both professionally and personally on a long-term temporary contract.
Job Overview:
Location: San Francisco, Inner Sunset/UCSF
Position: Full-time, in-home executive/personal assistant
Schedule: Weekdays with flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends
Salary: $75K-100K+ Commensurate with experience
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, proofread, and edit emails, correspondence, and documents.
Manage phone communications, update contact lists, and maintain household and office equipment.
Monitor and respond to emails, prepare agendas, and organize meetings.
Maintain personal and professional calendars and manage travel arrangements.
Track deadlines for professional licenses and certifications.
Organize the employer's personal and professional libraries and archives (digital and analog).
Assist in recruiting and hiring additional staff as needed.
Run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and food preparation.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-level executive or administrative support, particularly with C-level executives.
Bachelor's degree required.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Office Suite, and internet research.
Familiarity with both PC and Apple systems is a plus.
Ability to read cursive, safely lift 30 pounds, and hold a clean, current CA driver's license.
