Executive - Personal Assistant / Remote
Our client is an UHNW principal seeking an organized and self-motivated, experienced administrative manager. This position requires experience in executive support, exceptional attention to detail, self-motivation and excellent judgment and discretion. Must be well-organized, decisive, flexible, and have great communication skills. Work remotely from home.
Key Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in an Executive Administrative or Concierge role
Bachelor's degree a strong plus
Ability to manage with impeccable follow-up and follow-through
Experience with domestic and international commercial and private air travel coordination
Tech savvy with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Systems
Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong judgment and decision
making capability
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain a high level or confidentiality, discretion and professionalism
Responsibilities:
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks, including managing calendar;
ensuring the schedule is organized efficiently, prioritizing most important items
Provide general administrative support for executives, office & personal residences
Arranging complex and detailed travel, including international travel, itineraries, and agendas
Meeting coordination including arranging logistics, creating and maintaining agendas
Manage special projects & duties as assigned
Prioritize requests; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through
on projects to successful completion
Oversee property managers at various homes
Maintain discretion and confidentiality
Compensation:
$100k-150k, commensurate with experience and qualifications
