Akkodis is seeking an Executive Planner for a Contract job with a client in Richmond, VA(Hybrid) . The ideal candidate will develop and execute high-impact client events that align with business objectives by working closely with leadership and marketing partners. Rate Range: $22/hour to $27/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Executive Planner job responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute high-profile client events and sponsorships in alignment with business objectives.
- Support the creation of integrated marketing events, translating strategies into actionable briefs for marketing teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize event requests and manage resource allocation effectively.
- Regularly communicate with business stakeholders to share event strategy, progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Establish and analyze event metrics to inform marketing strategies and improve positioning.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (content, tech, legal, compliance) to drive seamless project delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of available marketing channels (email, web, social media) and tools (Google Suite, Cvent, Tableau).
- Anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively present solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Military experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of event planning and management experience.
- Proficiency with event registration platforms, such as Cvent, is preferred.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in prioritizing tasks across cross-functional teams.
