What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading and managing the recruitment process for Quant Researchers and Quant Developers.
- Working directly with clients and candidates in the high-frequency trading space, identifying top talent, and filling roles efficiently.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates with deep knowledge in quantitative finance.
- Building and maintaining a strong network of quant professionals.
- Managing multiple mandates simultaneously with a focus on timely and effective delivery.
What We're Looking For:
- Agency recruitment experience is a must (Executive search or contingency-based recruiting).
- Experience recruiting within the quantitative finance, high-frequency trading (HFT).
- Proven ability to understand and speak the lingo of the quant space—including familiarity with roles like Quant Researchers and Quant Developers.
- Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills.
