Our client, the Houston office of a national law firm, is hiring for a Director of Recruiting

This position will have the following duties:

• Full cycle recruitment
• Overseeing the summer clerk program for multiple offices
• Point of contact for incoming associates

Qualifications:

• Previous legal experience as an attorney, recruiter, or HR within a law firm is preferable
• Go with the flow personality, ability to change direction quickly
• 3+ years of professional experience
• Warm and approachable
• Team oriented
