As an Executive Recruiter for Jeff Harris and Associates, you will be an important member of a team that helps growing companies all over the nation find top C-suite level talent to drive results. At the same time, you will be building relationships with candidates, and assisting them in growing their careers by leveraging their experience and skills.

Pay:

Multiple compensation plans available: Draw against commission or base + commission

Ideal Candidate:

• Passion for communicating and connecting with others
• Driven to help others succeed
• Strong phone skills required
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Experience with cold-calling or sales a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
