Compensation: Year 1 target earnings $80-$95K+, Year 2 target earnings $90-$130K+, Year 3 target earnings $110K-$200K, Year 4 and beyond $170K+ (Top performers earn $300K+ yearly)

What You'll Be Doing:
- This person will be running a direct placement 360 desk (sales/recruiting) in one of our core business units: accounting and finance, energy, or engineering.
- As part of team, you'll help our clients (fortune 1000 companies) find, recruit, and hire top talent in their field. You'll act as a “match maker” for both the client and the candidate.
- Develop new clients through marketing and business development efforts.
- Manage relationships with existing customers in your territory.
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions with clients.
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Network with industry professionals to develop relationships with potential clients and candidates.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for active openings with our clients
- Initiate hiring process to include extending verbal offers, arranging drug screens and background checks.
- Collaborate with management to analyze and forecast staffing needs, locales, and strategies.
- Working closely with sales and operations personnel to maintain an integrated team approach to ensure healthy candidate pipeline.
- Participate in and develop special projects to enhance and improve the recruiting department's functions.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives as needed.
What We're Looking for:
- Experience with running permanent/direct hire recruiting desk.
- You need to have an internal drive to succeed. That drive can come from personal pride, compensation, competitiveness, etc.…. It just has to be there.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask critical functions and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions while meeting time sensitive deadlines.
