Executive Recruiter - Accounting & Finance

As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, assessing, and connecting Accounting & Finance professionals with career opportunities that align with their goals.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Networking:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of Accounting & Finance professionals, including CPAs, CFOs, Financial Analysts, Controllers, and other key roles.
- Engage in proactive outreach, leveraging social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop strong partnerships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational goals.
- Consult with clients on market trends and advise on candidate selection strategies.
- Candidate Evaluation:
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to both clients and candidates to facilitate successful placements.
- Process Management:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, presenting candidates, and negotiating offers.
- Ensure a seamless experience for clients and candidates, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Performance Metrics:
- Meet and exceed placement goals, revenue targets, and client retention benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on Accounting & Finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial roles and industry requirements.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
