💼 The Role: Executive Recruiter – Office Support

We're seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our client's Accounting/Finance Division, focusing on office support roles. You'll recruit for positions such as:

  • Executive/Personal Assistants
  • Office Managers
  • HR Professionals
  • Receptionists
  • Talent Acquisition Specialists
  • 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and preparing candidates for interviews.
    • Use innovative sourcing strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, networking, referrals) to find top-tier candidates.
    • Conduct phone and in-person interviews, reference checks, and negotiate job offers.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
    • Prospect and manage client relationships to expand your portfolio.

    • Strengthen client and candidate connections by meeting in person for long-term success.
