JOB DESCRIPTION The Sr. Executive Sales Representative (Sr. ESR) position at Abstrakt Marketing Group requires an experienced, competitive, and hardworking sales candidate who will help Abstrakt expand its Business Growth Services into focused industries across the country. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Each Sr. Account Executive (Sr. ESR) will be responsible for selling to prospects in various industries from appointments set for them by the Sales Enablement Team as well as self-sourced appointments / pitches to expand Abstrakts client base. Sr. ESR's will utilize Abstrakt's own business development process to generate leads and appointments and will manage each customer through the Abstrakt defined sales process. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Abstrakt Client Success Manager or Equivalent or
- Proven success selling recurring revenue services in a B2B environment for a minimum of 5+ years.
- Experience selling and closing via video conferencing.
- Demonstrate strong presentation and closing skills.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills coupled with strong work ethic.
- Assertive personality; ability to make cold calls and generate prospects.
- Relationship building skills; ability to establish a professional rapport with decision makers over the phone.
- The ability to manage the entire sales process.
- Demonstrate the ability to follow up consistently and professionally.
- Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the sales team.
- Always present a professional image to prospects and customers.
- A motivated self-learner who keeps abreast of market developments and trends, devise and manage individualized telephone campaigns to increase sales.
- Work on additional administrative and sales support activities as needed in between pitches.
- Excellent negotiation skills, including the art of persuasion and creativity.
- Keep up with current sales trends through reading, outside sales seminars and any other sales training opportunities.
- Experience using Salesforce is desired
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability to type over 40 WPM.
- College Degree required - BSBA preferred.
