What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in a science-based field (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Genetics, Engineering, etc.).
- Experience in the Specialty Chemicals, Plastics industry or Animal Health.
- Proven sales and/or phone experience.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a new field.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Structured and organized approach with a strong focus on results.
